Wish it worked better!

I liked this concept. Especially for wide doors. We have a huge gap/path from our living room to the dining room. And I badly need a gate to keep our crawler off the dining table. It worked for a while as she considered it a barrier but never tested its strength and resilience. But once she got confident and curious, she realized she could push and strain it, which brings me to the problem. Neither sticky hooks nor nails in the hooks worked! Apparently the nail in the hook lasted much longer but when a 15lb child put weight on it they bounced off the walls and was a huge safety hazard. I wanted to love it so much! It just didn't work for us.
