The backpack was a huge disappointment. Despite being advertised as a great kid's backpack it was poorly made and overpriced for the quality. The only positive element is the padded straps, which were comfortable for carrying .However, the luggage compartment was small, and the zippers were difficult to open and close. Overall, a complete waste of money..
