Strong enough for a 4 lb port!

I'm a fan of woodturning hooks! Smaller hooks are great for ribs and steaks, but with heavier cuts of meat like brisket or pork loin, smaller hooks sometimes tear and pull the meat out. A lot of t-shirts are ruined by the rib cage on my shirt! This hook is perfect and strong enough for big cuts. Great product and everyone needs two hooks!
