We've had this in our shower for the past few months and it's really improved the quality of our showers. We like to listen to music or YouTube videos while we shower, but before using this, we eitherA) left our phones outside the shower, in the sink or on the counter, which made the sound hard to hear unless we turned it up super loud, which could disturb others in the house, or.B) brought our phones into the shower which could risk getting water in the charging port, and you couldn't really use the touch screen while in the showerThis little apparatus has mostly solved the downsides of our various approaches by providing a secure, safe way to bring our phones into the shower. It adhered easily to the tile wall in our shower and is extremely secure - it's never fallen off the ball joint attachment. Now, we can even watch YouTube videos, and use the touchscreen cover to skip YouTube ads, skip songs, or change playlists, all while showering! You can even rotate 360 degrees to switch from portrait to landscape or vice versa, and tilt the device to view it from a different angle. It's wide and thick enough to fit my Pixel 7 Pro, without requiring that I remove its hefty case. The same goes for my partner's Samsung Galaxy Note 10, also with a case.And our phones stay dry the whole time!The one con that's worth noting has been echoed by other buyers here: The audio gets muffled a bit when putting your phone in here so I often need to turn the audio up to compensate - and the sound quality isn't so great when listening to detailed or fast conversations. But I don't know who goes into the shower expecting to do so.A yellow flag concern I have is I'm unsure of how easily the adhesive comes off the wall if we ever move out and need to remove this. It did come with a few sticky ball joints, so we can replace and remount if necessary (or we could add multiple spots for this in our shower to move it around, but our shower is fairly small so there's no need)Overall, pretty satisfied with this purchase. It definitely exceeded my expectations!
