My dryer has stopped working. The channel has been blocked. I bought it and tried to follow the instructions. The drill was too powerful, uncontrollable, so I messed everything up. The pillars twisted and that could have been catastrophic. But that was because I couldn't hold onto both the drill and the rods and move them up and down as instructed. Anyway, I cleaned the air duct by hand with a brush and managed to clean it. Dude, that was a lot of fluff! Now my dryer works! I'm glad I bought this tool even if I had to use it manually. Drill is not required.
