I have been wearing Sanitas for many years. Unfortunately it's time to replace my badly worn out Sanitas and they aren't what they used to be. I ordered the same shoes and size as the previous order of my original pair and the new ones were too big. When walking on hard ground, I feel like I'm walking in wooden boots. They glide very easily. I will not return as the shipping cost to return is 1/3 of the price of the shoes. So disappointed. I bought the smaller size direct from the Sanitas website but the wood feel and slip issues still persist. Now I feel like I wasted a lot of dollars because I bought online and can't return it without paying the high shipping cost.
