Registration was very easy. It was easy to set up. I made several choices and everything loaded for me. Although the tablet is the same size as the Nook I'm replacing, I prefer the AWOW because it's cleaner and better looking. In my opinion, the case is quite durable, which gives me confidence that it will remain intact. If I had to find a fault it would be the buttons on the side. But that's just because I'm not used to it yet. I needed a tablet when my Nook broke on Thursday. I thought about getting another Nook; even looked online to see what's available. Then I found this tablet and was impressed on so many levels: the product, the cost, the fact that it's NOT a Nook (I've owned two of these tablets in the last two years; both had issues). I had a good feeling about AWOW when I ordered it. I do not regret my purchase and will continue to use it. (It has already proved more useful than my previous devices.
