Effective tool with great customer support
The best feature is its ability to provide real time alerts for security threats in our network environment. It also provides data visualization which was not available earlier from other providers like Cisco or Fortinet. Its pricing structure can be improved as it requires more investment compared to others who are providing similar services at lesser rates. But overall I am satisfied using this product since last 1 year now. We have been able to identify potential issues faster than before due to better insights provided through dashboard.
