Great product, except.

Update: After writing my review which only mentioned a faulty ball joint (otherwise I LOVE this stand) a customer service rep contacted me to resolve the issue and not only am I very happy with the solution but also very impressed with how quickly they contacted me. To be honest, I really like this stand and my customers regularly comment on it. The weight and functionality of the product are great. I use my iPad Pro 10.5 for my farmers market checkout every weekend.
