I've had these for about a week now and use small K-cup paper filters for easy cleaning. Likes: The convenience of using paper inserts with ground coffee in a multi-flow brewer. One downside: When the brewer lid is closed on the replacement filter, it puts a lot of pressure on the top back of the filter, causing the front of the filter lid to bulge up. This does not affect brewing or selection; it just keeps the brewer from finishing the last eighth of an inch. A regular coffee pod doesn't do this so I would expect it to be due to the hard plastic top of the replacement filter hence the score 4 rather than 5.
