Review on Karter Scientific 213A2 Borosilicate Beaker by Ryan Lawson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good quality and size, perfect for the kitchen.

A while back I switched to a weight system for all my meals. It's more accurate, more reproducible, and once you get the hang of it, it's faster. The problem is, if you also want to have all your ingredients measured and ready before you start cooking (mise en place), you'll need a series of containers for all the different ingredients. These glasses are perfect. They are well made and cover a good range of sizes. They look just like the product photo and looks like they should last a while. I've run them in the dishwasher a few times with no apparent problems so they're durable enough for my needs. As cheap as they are, I don't expect them to last forever in a busy kitchen, but having them is far more important than getting them perfect. So far it's both. There are volume measurements on the side as a bonus, but like I said, I do everything by weight now. Either way, if you use milliliters in your cooking, you'll love these mugs. If you have any questions, feel free to leave them in the comments. For your health!
