We started with 3 of these orders knowing as teenagers we were going to lose a glass from time to time. Dripping, spilling etc. I would say about 2 of the 8 broken glasses out of the 18 we received were shattered from the fall. The remaining 6 glasses broke during cleaning. We've lost 4 in the top rack of the dishwasher from noticeable cracks to glass coming out of the bottom of the washing machine. We lost 2 in the sink only light falls. I'm leaving this review with a rating of 3/5 to focus on the durability aspect. The glasses look very nice, they don't deform much during use, but in over 25 years of buying my own home furniture I have never changed glasses at this rate.
