The software has helped us to understand our customers needs better by providing them with insights about their market research data. It's easy to use and it provides you with all required information in one place for quick analysis and decision making. I have not found any major drawbacks yet but i'm sure there will be once we start using this tool more extensively. SmartCrowds helps me analyze my customer base and provide recommendations accordingly. This enables me to make informed decisions within short periods of time which ultimately help increase revenue.
