I really wanted to love this fan but it was a disaster from the start. The first fan we ordered came with missing parts, scratches and no instructions. The second fan was included in the kit but the instructions were terrible. After spending an hour and a half building it, one of the displays didn't work when we turned it on. We took it off and my husband saw that the wires weren't even connected from the factory and luckily he knew how to fix it. When we reinstalled it and turned it on, we found that it's not as quiet as advertised, in fact it's very loud. Due to the hassle with everything we just left it, but we are very disappointed.
