Review on Nickel Steelcase Series 1 Office Stool by Alexander Scharon
Probably five but it's back
I know the brand and I know it would be a great chair and the price is right. Unfortunately it was not the same color and not as shown in the picture. The chair frame was black (not white/grey). As I later learned, "nickel" is the color of the gray seat fabric, not the black chair frame. Customer support pointed out that the description mentions a black border color (so why show white at all?). I didn't even collect it. It pained me to send it back but I wanted a white/grey drafting chair, not black/grey which is the only color Revain offers for this drafting chair. Too bad.
