I like that they are able to work with us as we grow because it's not just about getting more revenue but also helping me understand what my needs will be when things change or go away from their platform! They're very flexible so you can tell them exactly how your site should look/function without having any issues down the road of being locked into something specific if its no longer working out best for everyone involved (i'm looking at YOU Squarespace!).

Their team has been great throughout this process - always available via email and phone call whenever needed which makes managing everything much easier than dealing directly wtih an IT department who may only answer emails once every few months during normal office hours. It would definitely benefit anyone doing website design / development by utilizing someone else instead of trying do all yourself; plus there aren't many companies around where you get both sides' opinions before making decisions together rather then one side telling another "this was wrong.
