Long battery life - PC

This keyboard is awesome! The only real downside is that the software isn't wireless, so you'll need to connect it to use it. Otherwise I love everything about it! Especially battery life. I've had this board for about a month now and I haven't charged it yet. I turned off the side light and reduced the backlight brightness to a minimum. Update: After owning this keyboard for about half a year I can say that it definitely has two big issues that are worth demoting stars from my top 5. -Rating in stars. And a smaller one that isn't that bad and is easy to fix too. First up is the volume rocker, which randomly goes haywire, cranking the volume either all the way up or all the way down. It mostly seems to be a software issue and I believe it can be fixed with a firmware update, but let me tell you, it's quite annoying when the volume of a pair of floorstanding speakers randomly and almost immediately hits maximum volume without it being able to do something about it in seconds. I had to map the mute function to one of the programmable buttons so I could press it quickly to minimize hearing damage. for my neighbors. Otherwise, you'll have to quickly grab your mouse and use it to mute the sound. VERY annoying problem and now it happened on two different boards. It's not hardware, it's software. I think it's a wake-up issue when trying to control the volume from the board's sleep mode. Second is ping. Unfortunately, this board has it. If you are sensitive to this type of noise, be aware that this board makes this type of noise. This is particularly bad around the programmable buttons on the side of the board, but it's pretty much everywhere. It's not the worst I've heard, so it's acceptable to me, but I don't type all the time either. If it were me, it would probably be a deal breaker. There should be some kind of cushioning layer inside the panel. Or just omit or cover the metal in future versions, etc. There's another problem with this board: the corners are ridiculously sharp. You reach the literal point. I actually scratched them. The edges around the board are also quite rough. This was easily corrected with a file, but the factory molding needs a little redoing in my opinion. This would solve this problem. Pretty bad for a great keyboard.
