As someone who frequently does their shopping online, I was thrilled when I discovered Fuermos, an online store that guaranteed to meet all of their customer's fashion requirements. I looked around on their website, and I was very surprised by the extensive selection of shoes, clothes, and jewelry that they had available. In the interest of finding out more about the quality of the items they sell, I made the decision to place an order for a frock and a pair of shoes. My happiness did not last for very long, though. My disappointment grew when I opened the package to discover that the dress did not match the description given on the company's website. The quality of the fabric was very low, and the color was not at all what was depicted on the website. In addition, despite the fact that I ordered my typical size, the dress did not suit me very well. To make matters even worse, the shoes I purchased were not only poorly made but also very uncomfortable. The fabric had a shoddy look and feel to it, and the stitching was irregular, which contributed to the tacky appearance. It was abundantly obvious to me that the items I had purchased did not merit the price that I had paid for them. When I called Fuermos's customer support to voice my displeasure with the company's products or services, I received an abrupt and unhelpful response. They gave me the runaround and said that their refund policy did not cover "change of mind," so they would not give me a refund. Their lack of sensitivity and their unwillingness to make amends for the situation shocked and dismayed me respectively. In a nutshell, my time spent with Fuermos was not satisfying in any way. The company's products did not measure up to the claims that were made about them on their website, and the customer service that they provided was unhelpful and unprofessional. Fuermos is not an online retailer that I would recommend to anyone searching for a reputable and high-quality shopping destination.
