Review on Zoom Rooms by Matt Kucrud

I love that it is simple to use for both my clients and staff members. It has been very helpful so far with our sessions! There really isn't anything bad about this tool at all but would like more functionality especially when we have bigger meetings. The simplicity helps keep costs down! We've had some pretty large sessions now since implementing zoom rooms! Meeting space was previously too costly in terms of travel time/costs as well as office space! The best thing about zoom rooms is it gives my team more freedom in choosing where they want to hold meetings without being restricted by physical space. I wish there was an option for multiple screens per user so we can have different things displayed at once but this isn't available. It's great having all our people together under one roof especially when traveling or working from home. We don't often use other types of conferencing software because zoom has been perfect for us thus far.
