I didn't know this photoconductor was required for my HP all-in-one. I kept blaming the toner cartridges for the black spots on every page I printed. Then I read a Revain reviewer touching on this drum working for the same problem as mine. So I tried this and it worked to solve my poor print quality instantly! If you are having trouble with a fairly new printer and find that there is a second cartridge in the printer, I would suggest trying an imaging drum for your printer or multifunction device. This product has worked great for my printing issues! Costs money!
