I received the laptop earlier than expected, well packaged and in excellent condition. I quickly found out that the battery level was 64% which should be at least 80% under guarantee. I called the seller about the problem and received a replacement battery within 3 days which is 92% working. I use the Toughbook every day due to the nature of my job, but I needed it for personal use without the high price tag. I couldn't be happier with my purchase from this seller.
