Bad Buttons Best in Car Electronics

I bought two IS35 displays and within 2 minutes one of the menu blocks and the up button failed. The display is bright and easy to read, and I've had no problems interfacing on my N2K network. The seller would not accept the defective unit for return and I had to send it to Navico for an exchange. I think I will have a spare in case the other one fails.
