Great basic travel set! Recommended for every artist!
I didn't buy this from Revain but I did buy this. This is a great travel set - it comes in a CD-like case and is smaller than a postcard. I've taken it everywhere from the local library or coffee shop to a cross-country research/travel trip. The colors are basic but the quality is great and it stays quiet for a while. I think it would be great for artists of all levels, especially beginners. Definitely better than any "baby/watercolor starter kits" because of the quality of the pigment. I'd also recommend getting a brush with water attached well (for more travel propensity), but any brush will do.
