Surprisingly a bit broken

I bought this case because my old case broke and there are so many sleeves AND lace in there! The colors are beautiful and the set included everything that was stated (6 sleeves, 6 bodices and 48 tips). I tried it on (as you can see) and it connects to the iPad quickly. The case fits the Apple Pencil perfectly and the double tap works great too! My only issue is that I have just received this product and when I opened it I found that one of the pen protectors was broken (picture). I'm a little disappointed because green is my favorite color. I'd love to give it 4 1/2 stars but I'll give it 4 stars for now.
