
Suggests you take 3 capsules in the morning and 3 in the afternoon which is too much. I would stay max 1-2 times a day! (Personal opinion) In addition, do not take it with you before training! I'm not kidding, a very bad decision on my part and I definitely didn't feel good for most of the day afterwards. If you want to try this, I highly recommend taking 1 capsule MAX and dividing your pre-workout in half! (This is not an instruction to do this for myself, this is based on my personal experience with the product.) How I originally took it - My pre-workout regimen: A full dose of Woke AF (already a very intense pre-workout -capsules). taken: two capsules in the morning. ** Felt very nervous, had to walk two miles to take the ledge down. one of the slimy capsules was completely covered with it. I'm returning the product because I'm nauseous most of the morning (disputed because of the pre-workout combination but also because of that weird green substance that doesn't get digested), there are better ways to lose weight. This isn't one of them.
