My cover was broken and the mirror didn't work properly, so i risked the price and it fits perfectly and works great. Don't worry about that. ALSO, the outer mirror cover is not installed, when you receive the mirror you need to install it, but do not do this until you install the mirror. And it shows textured, but the cover was smooth, like my passenger side. I was also satisfied as it was perfect for the passenger side.
