The customer support is excellent! They are always willing to help you out when needed or just simply answer any questions that come up along your way. I have never run into an issue where they could not solve it within minutes (or sometimes seconds). Sometimes there can be delays in getting credit card information through but this has nothing to do with fastmag itself as much as how quickly we receive our info from PayPal once payment goes thru. We use them for all of our point-of-sale systems so no complaints here at all really. It's great having one vendor who handles everything related to POS/EFT - even if some things take longer then others due to their size vs ours.
