It seemed like a well made product. I set my combination per the in structions that are enclosed and locked it. Tried it again and it opened.I just Now went to retrieve my passport and the lock will not open ! This document bag is quite secure, it is easy to set up your own 2 digit pin and I've really been enjoying it. However, I'm not quite sure how fire-resistant this is. I think it was worth the money and it came rather quickly.

I received this bag, set the lock up as per the instructions, tested it twice…put cash, my passport, my birth certificate and car title in there…closed it up and now it won’t open! I just tried every single combination (which took about 4 minutes, by the way) including the original combo and it doesn’t work. The lock is a hunk of junk. Looking forward to trying to cut my stuff out of this thing. Ugh.

I use it to keep my notary journal and seal locked. This fits in my purse perfectly! I love it and easy to use! Totally recommend for Notaries to keep their things locked away and secure.

I have been wanting this product for a while now, and when I got it, it was really worth it. You can put your valuables in and it will be well protected. And the price is reasonable, and I highly recommend it.

I bought this after I heard about a family's house that caught fire and they lost all the important documents. I bought this for my important documents. I’m surprised how sturdy this is. It seems like fire and water resistant. This product is a must buy for every household

The bag appears to be well made and is a convenient size in that I was able to slip a file folder containing my documents right in. Along with passports, titles, birth certificates, social security cards, etc. I photo copied the contents of my wallet ( credit cards front and back, memberships, driver license, etc.) Hope I never have to find out about it's security specs.

Appears to be fire-resistant (watch video). Now I only used a household lighter and it did not burn. But not sure if will hold up to higher heat over 1,000 degrees for any length of time. Just the same, the lock works well and the whole bag is very sturdy.

I got this bag to keep my notary stamp, journal and manual in a safe location. This bag is the perfect size to store all 3 items together conveniently while also making sure they are safe and secure from theft or misuse. I love that it has a combination and I don't have to worry about someone getting into it when they shouldn't be and it is also safe in the case of a housefire.

We have been looking for something that would be a "grab n go” for our important documents such as birth certificates, etc. This held everything we wanted and gives peace of mind that these documents will survive a fire if they happen to get left behind. The bag is perfect size, appears to have good quality and is seemingly sturdy.

The lock came apart after 30 days. I took this overseas to keep my docs safe. Second time I went to unlock it the whole thing came apart. I would not buy. Probably too late to return.

Easy to get into and store documents—no way to tell if it’s truly fireproof though….I hesitate to believe that it is based on feel and construction, but I hope I never have to find out. Worth a shot.
