Lock Broke right away. not Fire Proof. fire resistant

It seemed like a well made product. I set my combination per the in structions that are enclosed and locked it. Tried it again and it opened.I just Now went to retrieve my passport and the lock will not open ! The right combination wheel spins, does not click like the left wheel.Contacted Revain who will credit me but has no idea how I can get my document out. I just left message for seller. I will wait for their advice as to how to cut through to retrieve my documents without damaging the papers inside.CAUTION: I was distracted by the Bold print description that the bag is fireproof. It is NOT FIREPROOF. IT'S FIRE RESISTANT.
