Beautiful dress for a teenager.
I used to buy this black dress for my daughter's band concerts and she liked it so much she asked for it in blue. I would say the only downside is the sheer part on top, but it's doable to hide a thin bra underneath. For the price, this is a beautiful dress and comes in a myriad of colors.
