Review on 🖨️ Microtek ScanMaker 3700 Flatbed Scanner for PC and Mac by Lucas Rowe

I would like to add to my review of this product after the terrible experience with Microtek support. My scanner lamp failed a few months after purchasing the scanner. I sent the scanner back to Microtek and they "repaired" it about a week later. It turned out that the scanner was not equipped with a locking mechanism and returned with missing teeth on the gears that moved the scanner assembly. They replaced it with another defective one that is not recognized via USB. They replaced it with a third one that worked but didn't have a backlit cover (although they told me they would send me a brand new scanner). Their support was difficult to deal with. I love the scanner and software but it loses two stars because their support is TERRIBLE!
