Having traveled extensively recently and reviewed a few crossbody bags, I realized a bucket bag was the way to go. I can never find anything in those skinny shoulder bags. This bag was attractive because it was the right size. You can open it and see what exactly is there. No need to dig. It looks just like the picture and is very durable. Inside there is a lining and a small pocket for lipstick sized items. I have quite a long wallet and it fits perfectly. The bag itself is not heavy, it lacks a good leather bag. The strap and clasp resemble a rope. You may have to get used to the feeling of not having a real strap. I have received several compliments on the bag and would definitely recommend it.
