I use this to monitor what's going on outside when I'm down in my basement. Powered with a random 12vdc power supply and connected to the composite input on a TV for video signal. I don't know if it's weather proof or not, I have it inside a window pointing out. At night there is very little signal from this. There are no IR LEDS on this like some cameras.
- Lens: 2.5mm Wide Angle( With 3.6mm for spare)
- The camera's wide-angle lens can distort the image at the edges, potentially making identification of individuals or objects more difficult
