Gets 5 stars immediately. I didn't hear any crackling noises and my printer didn't sound like it was about to explode like some reviews say. It's a mechanical thing and it still makes noise. I was 50/50 when I pulled the trigger and price was an obvious selling point at 1/4 OEM. So for now I'm happy. Anything that prints more than decent and costs less than $300 is a winner in my opinion. I'll update the review if this thing ruins the bed. If I don't, that means he'll be strong. PS: Your printer will tell you the product is not "genuine". Doesn't matter? It works. Here it is. Cheers.UPDATE: October 7, 2020 - Hundreds of pages later, all toner cartridges are printing great quality; Printer usage has actually increased in recent months as telecommuting takes the spotlight during these trying times. I definitely recommend this brand and I'm sure I'll buy again, hopefully for the same price!
