Just received them and I like what I see, definitely waterproof as the large side label says. Size is always an issue and I could use XL but it's sold out. I bought the large (11.5 inch) which fit US men's shoes up to a size 10 1/2. They were tight compared to my 11" x 12" size, but I can get them to work. TIP: Put your foot on in front of your shoes, then overstretch. Excellent zip and velcro closure at the bottom and ankle. Small, lightweight - easily tucked away in a backpack in an unexpected downpour.
