I put them on for the first time today in dry weather around 45 degrees. My feet and fingers got cold, but my feet didn't complain. They seemed to be doing their job of keeping out the cold and wind. The design seems pretty good. They fit pretty well and slide well over my riding shoes. I'm improving my technique and they'll probably break/loosen a bit. Closing is also difficult and I have to pinch each side to unzip. They have built in nylon loops to pull the boots in place which is handy. Once they are snug and keep your feet warm.
