The best part of this software is that it has all facilities like scheduling, tracking etc which are required for an organization's website development or any other online platform such as social media platforms. It also helps me manage my time very well with its features like calendar view & task list where I can easily track everything related to work. There should be some changes done by them regarding customization options so that we could have access to their API keys when creating our own modules/plugins. This will help us save lot of efforts while developing new plugins. We use this tool mainly for managing tasks but sometimes also for sending out email notifications about upcoming events (such as meetings).
