The ability for our customers to choose from several different encryption levels, as well as having multiple keys in various keystores available at once (i.e., we can use two or more public/private key pairs). This allows us to offer options that are not possible with other products out there. There's nothing I dislike yet about this product; however if you're looking for something simple then perhaps look elsewhere - it may be overkill! We needed an easy way to encrypt data using RSA certificates while also providing access through another certificate type such as DSA so they could have one set of credentials but still require additional security when necessary.
