Terrible ghosts and artifacts

Basically I've tried every Windows setting, Linux Mint, updating the monitors firmware, every setting in the monitor menu and I just can't get rid of the very obvious ghosting. If I bought this with my own money I wouldn't keep this monitor. This is not a good panel, this is a very poor quality panel. 100Hz means nothing if you have terrible halos. Nothing can fix it, it's just that the panel can't be controlled the way they're trying to. Also, it's not very bright, but the screen looks good. The colors look good, but it doesn't look stunning or amazing. I'd say it's the limit or maybe the 1440 vertical limit. As you get closer to the typical DPI for 1920 x 1080 monitors the more you stretch it so it doesn't look stunning or 4K-like but it looks fine the end. It's not blurry. or whatever, it's just that every time you move something on the screen it becomes an indecipherable mess and it's just awful because they want to sell it for gaming and media. It is completely unsuitable for gaming and anything other than stock trading, CAD work, word processing or the like. Its colors aren't good enough for media work where color matters

Pros
  • The large screen size makes it ideal for multitasking and working with multiple documents.
Cons
  • Monitor colors are washed out.
