Okay I just want to offer another option to anyone having trouble connecting over Wi-Fi! Look, my WiFi is garbage, that's why it didn't connect via WiFi. I'm a small size, I just wanted to be able to pop in whenever I want. So basically all you have to do is connect your phone to the camera. A message will appear asking you to connect to your home WiFi network. Just leave it and you should see your camera online. Click on it and you can view it. You will now be asked if you want to change your password. It depends on you. It's not connected to any type of Wi-Fi, so you'll need to be within 32 feet of the camera to see it. So the downside is you can't see it from everywhere, but I'm just glad I can look at the plants without opening the tent. Hope that helps!
