VHS dubbing is not very good
I bought this model because it offers the ability to "duplicate" content from VHS tapes to DVDs. The transfer is very simple and works great. However, there is one limitation: dubbed DVDs can only be viewed on the DVD recorder/player that created them. It cannot be played on other DVD players or readers connected or plugged into a PC.
