I bought this BenQ in March 2020 so I've had it for 2.5 years now. My recurring problem has been the screen suddenly goes black showing no connection or I turn the screen off and then get this error when I turn it back on. The cable to the display port is not working properly. I had to unplug and plug the cable back in, sometimes 3 or 4 times before it connected. The contrast is not sharp, just ok. It seems normal for eye care, I never felt eye fatigue. This is my first and last BenQ.
