I like how it allows you as an administrator or manager access into their employee's paystubs, W2s etc., allowing me visibility of all payroll info in one spot! There are some glitches with time reporting - sometimes Payroll sends out incorrect times but nothing serious at this point (we've had 2 issues already). It is easy for managers/administrators that don't have strong IT skills themselves; however if they do need assistance there may be challenges getting help from outside sources due to its cloud nature which requires more technical savvy than most people possess. This system has really helped streamline my job responsibilities because now i am able see what employees make per year so we can budget properly & know where our gaps might exist without having them come back asking why "it wasn’t right".
