They fit what I need. My work on my home work phone is old fashioned and I didn't want to hold the phone during Zoom meetings. There's no noise cancellation, I can hear everything around me, and there's a little tunnel sound when I speak. So I don't know how clear I sound to others. Volume control, maybe with me. I can not understand. But I can hear most people when they call. The earphones are soft, the speaker is ok. It seems too close to my face and I can't adjust it. It's not a $300 device, so I wasn't expecting all the bells and whistles. It works. can i update Sure, but not worth it. I don't have to take as many calls. If I did, I would invest in another pair. They're not cheaply made, but they're still good, simply plain. I have no doubt they will do well in a home environment without loud background noise (and I have them). It's nothing headphones can't fix. 4 overall. Good quality, simple, meets the requirements. Ease of installation.
