Worked with a bracket that was already on the windshield. I simply loosened the screw on the old mirror, took it off, put the new mirror on and tightened the screw. Quality is good, comparable to OEM I think. The only problem was that the Allen key that came with it seemed to rip off the screw like it wouldn't fit. Have found that a T20 Torx screwdriver head works well. The kit included a bracket and glue if needed. I think it was worth getting everything that was provided so the project could be completed in one try.
