PRO:1. Arrived on time, the price is not bad.2. The steel is galvanized to prevent rusting. *thumbs crossed* 3. Adjustable to fit many paddle sizes (GUYS, MEASURE YOUR PADDLE BEFORE YOU ORDER!) 4. Can be drilled to add pins to the bottom, not quite a pro but you won't get the paddles out the paddle inserts. CONS: 1. No pre-drilled pin holes, believe me you want that. Fake picture, the attached picture is of Revain, I thought it was a pre-drilled pin hole, it's not, it's a smudge on the picture. lesson learned.2. If your boat, kayak etc doesn't come with paddle inserts then buy these, my 12ft Jon boat comes new as they will NOT fit most paddle mounts that come with small boats. You need paddle inserts. OTHER: 1. So I screwed it up and didn't see that there weren't holes for the pins. So I have to drill my own holes for the pins.2. BUY if you think you don't need pre-drilled pin holes.3. DO NOT BUY if you think it already has pin holes drilled in it.4. Keep looking and you'll see what I'm talking about when it comes to the pin holes on the bottom shafts.
