the first item arrived and was faulty i contacted the seller through amazon and the seller support was amazing they asked me for something to photograph, send some photos and diagnose a faulty part. A few days later I had a complete block exchange. I am very happy with this product, it is easy to fill and clean, the high water volume means I can use the humidifier for days before having to refill. We run it right in our bedroom at night and it makes almost no noise. There are many options in terms of vapor output levels, the timer is very handy, as is the remote control. This product has greatly improved our dry air, we sleep better and my husband's nosebleeds are much less frequent. It works so well that I've ordered a second one for the lower tier as we've just moved to a very dry climate. This humidifier has made the transition to a different climate much more pleasant. I highly recommend this product.
