I have a big tree house with a loft. I got these lamps to light up the attic at night. I used the entire string of lights above the center roof beam and they went up fairly easily. Sometimes the backing of the tape didn't come off properly, so it took a little extra effort. Or at some point he ripped the whole stick off the lights and I had to use the extra double stick tape that came with the lights. This tape was greatly appreciated. But overall it wasn't that bad. My main complaint is that the light isn't as bright as I was 100% hoping it would be. At first I thought they were too bright based on the pictures some people have posted, but mine turned out to be dim. I tried to fully charge the solar battery for a very long time, but it didn't help. Again, for the price, they light up the attic well enough for you to move around at night. My only other issue is modes. There are only a few I've ever used. Most therapies would cause a seizure if exposed to them for a very long time. For the most part, they flash on/off sharply. I was hoping for smoother transitions and quieter pursuit modes that kids might enjoy. But for the price I'm happy with the product again.
