Great Customer Service; Helps me navigate computer software

I like that they help our organization understand how to best utilize technology in order to accomplish what we need it do - whether it be managing donor information, or making sure all staff are communicating effectively from one place. They also provide excellent customer service! Not much - but everything about my experience with them has been wonderful. Sometimes there is lag time between when you make changes to your profile, and those updates being reflected back at you online. But this can happen anywhere, so not really an issue specific only to this provider. If you're looking for assistance with using computers/software/etc. as part of your nonprofit's day-to-day operation, look no further than Heller. We were able to automate some tasks (i.e., collecting pledges), which helped us grow revenue without adding new employees. I like how easy it is to create an event on the website and to send out emails. I also like that you can upload pictures and videos to events. I wish that you could create an event without having to go to the website. It's a great way to organize your events and to send out emails to your donors. I am able to create events and send emails to my donors from anywhere. I can even access the website from my phone.
