The ability to create custom reports. It's easy to navigate through the site, which makes it easier to find what you're looking for. I wish there was more customization options in the reports. Some things are not customizable. For example, I would like to be able to customize the report so that certain fields don't show up in the final report. I like that it helps me keep track of my donations to charities at all levels in Canada, USA & Internationally! It also connects well with our accounting system which makes tax reporting so much easier than having two separate systems.
